Good afternoon, About two years ago, a founder reached out saying that they had raised a new round and would like MENAbytes to break the story. I asked them for details. Responding to one of my questions, they requested that they wouldn’t want me to mention the name of one of their previous investors in this piece about their latest round.
There was also a change in founders for Capiter in 2022, when 2 of the founder are no longer associated with the company. Would be interesting to know their thoughts on the topic.
Don't count the eggs before they hatch, a term sheet is not a commitment. You can't even sue on term sheet, only when the funds hit the bank account should you tap dance. The same applies for revenue only when money reaches your bank account you can recognize the revenue.
